We hold this accreditation in high regard as it was achieved at a time when years of hard work and documented processes and procedures were reviewed by visiting audit officers to ensure a high level of knowledge and experience was being retained within the business.

We ensure all our new employees are trained to these AEO Standards. It is of paramount importance to us to train our staff to a high level in order to ensure we maintain our excellent Customs compliance record and retain our AEO Standard.

AEO, for Harbour Shipping, is not about having a logo that can adorn our website or our staffs email templates. It is an achievement in demonstrating that the declarations we make and the processes we follow have been rigorously tested by HM Revenue and Customs and deemed to be of the appropriate high standard.
