The Customs clearance team at Harbour Shipping has an unprecedented amount of industry experience with an ethos to provide an unrivalled experience to our clients.

To enhance the client experience each and every client is allocated an account manager who becomes the client’s day-to-day contact. Our account managers have all worked within the industry for many years and know and understand the complexities of Customs clearance. They will vet the information and paperwork supplied to ensure we have everything needed to arrange a prompt and professional clearance journey.

Customs entries are prepared by our dedicated entry clerks led by senior entry clerks and Customs entry supervisors.

The entire clearance operation is overseen by the Customs Clearance Director and Operations Manager who take a hands on approach and lead by example.
